#45 Lurex Evening Top with Lace Edgings

 
 

This attractive garment can be knitted using 4-ply lurex or three strands of fine crepe (available from Uppingham Yarns and Yeoman Yarns respectively - see Links page for addresses) with one strand each of fine gold and multicolour lurex. Punchcards are included for both Brother and Knitmaster machines.

#46 Lace Tunic Top

 
 

This easy to wear top was knitted using Bramwell Artistic (available from BSK Ltd - see Links page for address) on a Knitmaster machine. Lace cards are included for both Knitmaster and Brother machines. The garment can be worn on its own or over a blouse for cooler days.

The pattern is written in sizes ranging from 34 - 48" (86.5 - 122cm); the small size used approximately 340g.

#47 Turquoise Super Sheen - Tuck & Lace 3/4 Sleeves

 
 

This pretty top has been made using one cone of Super Sheen (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address), wound off to use three strands together. Punchcards for the lace sleeves are included in the pattern for both Knitmaster and Brother machines.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 34 - 44" (86.5 - 112cm); the first size used approximately 290g of Super Sheen.

#48 Tuck Waistcoat

 
 

Here we have a useful tuck stitch waistcoat that has been knitted using Worth's Polar. Any 4-ply yarn can be used that will knit to the same tension.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 34 - 38" (86.5 - 122cm); the first size used approximately 245g of yarn.

#49 Chunky V-neck Top with Diagonal Trim

 
 

This very attractive sweater is my first attempt on a chunky machine. I wanted a way to use up half cones of 4-ply. Two different coloured 4-plys have been mixed with a strand of Super Sheen (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address). All three strands were twisted together.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 34 - 44" (86.5 - 112cm); the first size used approximately 162g of each 4-ply and 60g of Super Sheen.

#50 Fishtail Skirt in Grigna with Fine Crepe Slip Rows

 
 

This lovely to wear skirt is ideal for both day and evening wear. It is knitted in Grigna (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address) with a small amount of fine crepe.

The pattern is written in sizes 36 - 47" (91.5 - 119.5cm) hip. As this skirt is knitted sideways, larger sizes can be made by adding on extra panels. The small size, length 28", used approximately 400g.

#51 V-neck Top with Slip Stitch Detail

 
 

This attractive top has been knitted using Grigna (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address) with a small amount of fine crepe for the slip rows detail. The small size used approximately 325g of Grigna and 30g of fine crepe.

The pattern is written in sizes ranging from 34 - 48" (86.5 - 122 cm). Teamed with #50 skirt, it makes a lovely suit for any occasion.

#52 Lace Summer Cardigan with Braid Edges on the Button Bands

 
 

This garment was knitted using Bramwell Artistic (available from BSK Ltd - see Links page for address) & punchcards are included for both Brother & Knitmaster machines.

The pattern is written in sizes ranging from 34 - 48" (86.5 - 122cm); the first size used approximately 300g of Artistic.

#53 Punch/Thread Lace Top

 
 

This garment was made on a Knitmaster machine but any Brother machine with the thread lace facility can be used. It was knitted using Cascade yarn (available from BSK Ltd - see Links page for address) and matching Silky.

The pattern is written in sizes ranging from 34 - 48" (86.5 - 122cm); the small size used approximately 220g of Cascade and 60g of Silky.

This sideways knitted top is lovely teamed with either a skirt or trousers. The garment was knitted using Grigna (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address).

This garment has been worked using a garter carriage and a very attractive leaf design. It was knitted using Bramwell Artistic (available from BSK Ltd - see Links page for address) but any similar yarn could be used.

This very useful, attractive cardigan has been knitted using three strands of fine crepe (available from Yeoman Yarns - see Links page for address) wound off from 1 x 400g cone but any similar yarn could be used.

The pattern is written in sizes ranging from 34 - 42" (86.5 - 106.75cm); the medium size used approximately 230g.

#59 Cardigan with Tuck Lace to the Waist

 
 

This garment was made using Pot Pourri 4-ply wool from Silver Viscount. Any 4-ply yarn can be used that knits to the correct tension.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 36 - 46" (91.5 - 117cm); the first size used approximately 362g for the 3/4 sleeve version.

#60 Open Polo Neck Top

 
 

This useful garment was knitted using Worth's Polar 4-ply but any 4-ply yarn can be used that knits to the correct tension.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 34 - 48" (86.5 - 122cm); the first size used approximately 240g plus 25g of contrast yarn.

This top has pretty lace sash, neck, hem and cuffs; it was knitted in James C Brett Baby Yarn.

The pattern is written in a range of sizes from 34 - 44" (86.5 - 112cm); the first size used approximately 212g of each colour in Panama plus 53g of Super Sheen.
