Recent Events
Saturday 18th July 2009
Machine Knitting Live, Croydon
This show was great and very well attended. There were about 25 exhibitors meaning plenty of variety for everyone. I had my stand in the computer room and met up with several former customers who now feel like friends. I was not able to get to see the fashion show but was told that it was very good as usual.
Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th May 2009
Northern Ireland Guild of Machine Knitters
My husband and I were invited to Northern Ireland this year by their Guild and I did demonstrations over the weekend and really enjoyed meeting all the members.
Saturday 9th May 2009
Scottish Machine Knitters Association Show in Perth
The show was very well organised again with two fashion shows and several demonstrations. The weather, however, let us down as it rained nearly all day.
The fashion shows etc., were in a marquee so everyone had to brave the weather to get across to them from the main building. Well, we have no control over the weather so had to make the best of it. People were still cheerful and very friendly and I really enjoyed having a stall there.
